Structure and materials

Frame: two one-piece stainless steel side rails, joined by laminated aluminium plates.
Fasteners: stainless steel Allen bolts, all the same size, so it can be assembled and disassembled with a single tool. Self-locking nuts.
Wood: treated iroko.
Wheel protection: a tube protects each wheel from contact with logs or rocks, prevents it from jamming and keeps branches from getting between the wheel and the leaf spring.

Seats and suspension

In-house-built wraparound bucket seats, adjustable in height and tilt, to reduce fatigue on long crossings.
Suspension independently adjustable for each passenger.
Corduroy upholstery as standard. As an extra, leather or faux leather, in the colour of your choice.
Optional storage pockets on the seats.
